It fits for non-carbonated beverage such as mineral and purified water and works with the features of reliable capability and high-precious liquid level;
All the components contact with liquid are made of stainless steel;

Not open filling valves without bottle;

Characteristics:
1. It take small space as rinser, filler and capper are integrated in a monoblock.
2. The product (liquid) contacting parts are all made of 316L S. S with good quality, both interior and exterior parts of filling heads are polished, it is easy for cleaning. The seals in filling valve are imported parts with good heat-endurance and usage life as well as meeting requirements of food hygiene and hot filling.
3. Long rinsing, dripping-out time make little residue remain and high cleanness.
4. Gravity filling is adopted to have better CIP.
5. Special neck-holding technology is adopted to guarantee invariable bottle height without product splash.
6. Power magnetic capping( torque is adjustable) is adopted to guarantee equipment adaptability and capping quality.
7. Lubricating system and fully-open safeguard structure make maintenance very convenient.
